I worked with Rhi to put together a unique event – a combined 50th birthday party and non-profit organisation launch with a luxe 70s disco theme. As a perfectionist, I was hesitant to hand the event planning over, however I am so beyond grateful I put my trust in Rhi. She managed to bring my Pinterest board ideas to life and decorate our venue more beautifully than I could ever have imagined. She also took all the party planning weight off my shoulders, not only on the day, but in the weeks prior such as with organising our DJ & signage. I could not have pulled off this event without her. I’m Rhianna, the founder of RS Events. With over 14 years in the industry, my journey here began with a deep desire for creating unforgettable moments with the people and places that you love.

I’ve always been captivated by the art of bringing visions to life and celebrations in general. I will celebrate the opening of an envelope here (pass the signature cocktail and cake).

What I enjoy most about my work is creating genuine connections with my clients. I walk into every event with the same care and dedication as if it were my own, and I walk out with new friends and a deeper appreciation for the art of parties & events.

I am known for my calm and cheerful disposition while I am working. I enjoy a quiet 5am desk session and haven’t met a bump-in I didn’t love. My approach is collaborative and client-focused—I listen, I understand, and together, we create something truly extraordinary.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We suggest reaching out as early as possible, roughly 8 – 10 months out from your proposed event date.

What area’s do you service?

We plan events throughout Sydney, Wollongong & South Coast, Bowral & Southern Highlands, Canberra and regional NSW. We also travel for our clients where appropriate.
