Kate & Kerry. Bennelong, The Opera House, Sydney
Kate & Kerry – turning a tradtional wedding format upside down and inside out with an entire day and night filled with layers of celebrating.
The couple hosted a morning ceremony at The Rose Garden in Sydney followed by a long lunch at the iconic Opera House restaurant, Bennelong.
Guests were treated to a fine dining experience. 4 courses whilst being serenaded by a string quartet on the sunniest of Summer days.
They then led everyone to an after party at Kerry’s favourite pub in the city. DJ, fries and pizza and a complete contrast from their black tie reception. I’ll forever stand for lunch weddings – why are we wasting entire days getting ready when we could partying?
