Our body of work is exceedingly diverse. We create intentional designs with you in mind, rather than trends. Whether we’re at a marquee wedding on a family estate, or curating a grand gala within an iconic venue – we always deliver for our clients.

It‘s hard to put into writing the feelings of the last week but you have been our rock making sure our vision came to life. As you know, I have worked in events for the past 15 years and I truly know what it takes to do what you did for us – the exhaustion, the heat, the logistics and coordination, your are a TRUE event professional, one of the best I have worked with and I run a team of 45 event managers in New York. If you ever want to move to the city I would hire you in a second! You made everything possible.

I worked with Rhi to put together a unique event – a combined 50th birthday party and non-profit organisation launch with a luxe 70s disco theme. As a perfectionist, I was hesitant to hand the event planning over, however I am so beyond grateful I put my trust in Rhi. She managed to bring my Pinterest board ideas to life and decorate our venue more beautifully than I could ever have imagined. She also took all the party planning weight off my shoulders, not only on the day, but in the weeks prior such as with organising our DJ & signage. I could not have pulled off this event without her. Rhi is organised, responsive, collaborative, efficient and so generous with her time and attention. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rhi and I could not recommend her more highly for anyone needing help putting together any type of personal or professional event.

A must-book for a stress-free event! Rhianna styled and coordinated our wedding, and it was truly our dream day. She completely understood our vision and brought it to life better than we imagined.
Rhianna’s organisation skills are second to none, and it eased the pressure greatly on us, knowing all our vendors were looked after, and that the day would run smoothly (even with a quick pivot to a wet weather plan, which went perfectly!)

I cannot thank or recommend Rhi enough for planning my wedding. Rhi took so much of the stress and pressure off me in choosing vendors, liaising with them on my behalf, etc. but on the day I was so calm knowing that I had Rhi there to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish – which it absolutely did. Having Rhi in your corner to make sure your dreams come to life is so special. My wedding was the best day of my life and I have no doubt all of Rhi’s help contributed to that. We booked Rhi in as our wedding coordinator after two close friends had used her for their weddings in the last couple of years and only had glowing things to say, and they couldn’t have been more right! The leadup to our day and actual day ran so smoothly because of Rhi – her organisation and attention to detail is second to none, not to mention she is an absolute vibe of a person so it felt like we had one of our best friends making sure the day ran so smoothly! I had the pleasure of having Rihanna organise my 50th birthday party at Terragong Jamberoo. I’m from Sydney so I needed someone that I could trust in terms of realising my dream, sticking to a budget and keeping me sane as we were navigating through Covid. My party is still being talked about and far surpassed my expectations. Rihanna’s pragmatic approach and sense of humour instilled a trust in me that did not disappoint and would not have been easy as I’m quite demanding. I would highly recommend utilising her business to organise your event.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for delivering such a great forum dinner for our 300 guests. The venue was perfect, the décor looked amazing and the food was very good. It was an absolute pleasure working with you from the start and I hope to work with you again in the future.

Rhi was AMAZING! She planned, styled and coordinated our wedding in April this year, and we are so happy and grateful for everything Rhi did. The styling was absolutely perfect and Rhi was experienced in all the requirements for a wedding on a family property. Rhi was always approachable, relaxed, friendly, and responsive to any of any requests, no matter how small. We cannot speak highly enough of RSE.
