Hi, I’m Rhianna, the founder of RS Events. With decades of experience, my journey here began with a deep desire for creating unforgettable moments with the people and places that you love.

I’ve always been captivated by the art of bringing visions to life and celebrations in general. I will celebrate the opening of an envelope here (pass the signature cocktail and cake).

What I enjoy most about my work is creating genuine connections with my clients. I walk into every event with the same care and dedication as if it were my own, and I walk out with new friends and a deeper appreciation for the art of events.

I am known for my calm and cheerful disposition on event day. I enjoy a quiet 5am desk session and haven’t met a bump-in I didn’t love.

My approach is collaborative and client-focused—I listen, I understand, and together, we create something truly extraordinary.

Our Wedding Day Coordination package offers more than just on-the-day support. We step in three months before your wedding to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience. 

Includes:

  • On-the-day management
  • A detailed runsheet/timeline schedule for the wedding day
  • Management of your vendors in the 30 days leading up to your wedding (a crucial time for last minute details)
  • Assistance with set up
  • Unlimited email correspondence & access to our wealth of knowledge and support.

Where does your expertise lie?

With decades of experience, we specialise in marquee weddings and multi-event wedding weekends, managing the intricate logistics that come with building a venue from the ground up and curating seamless celebrations across multiple days. I ensure every details flows effortlessly, so you can fully enjoy the moments that matter.

How many hours will you be there on our wedding day?

We don’t offer packages or hourly options for day of coordination. We will discuss your style of wedding and determine together the length of our coordination. We don’t leave prior to formalities concluding (as experienced event producers we are all too aware of how much we are needed until this point), so if you are only after someone for a few hours we might not be the right fit.

How far in advance should we book you?

We suggest securing your wedding day coordinator once you have booked your venue, usually 12 months in advance.

Do you travel to regional locations?

Yes, we travel for our clients. As experts in marquee in private estate weddings our work takes us to many regional towns throughout NSW.
