Where does your expertise lie?

With decades of experience, we specialise in marquee weddings and multi-event wedding weekends, managing the intricate logistics that come with building a venue from the ground up and curating seamless celebrations across multiple days. I ensure every details flows effortlessly, so you can fully enjoy the moments that matter.

How many hours will you be there on our wedding day?

We don’t offer packages or hourly options for day of coordination. We will discuss your style of wedding and determine together the length of our coordination. We don’t leave prior to formalities concluding (as experienced event producers we are all too aware of how much we are needed until this point), so if you are only after someone for a few hours we might not be the right fit.

How far in advance should we book you?

We suggest securing your wedding day coordinator once you have booked your venue, usually 12 months in advance.

Do you travel to regional locations?

Yes, we travel for our clients. As experts in marquee in private estate weddings our work takes us to many regional towns throughout NSW.
